This plan is suitable for brides who has a substantial amount of weight to lose before the big day, want to feel cleaner and trimmer.

12 WEEK PLAN INCLUDES:

• Initial assessment to review your health & determine your needs and goals for your wedding transformation.
• 1 weekly 60-minute online consultation 
• (in person consultations are available for those who live in Central, South East and South West of London) 
• 3 x weekly 60-minute online personal one to one training sessions 
• (in person training sessions are available to those who live in Kingston or are willing to travel to Kingston)
• You'll receive all the Osanyin detox & supplements products you would need for your 12 week plan
• Eating clean nutritional meal guide & recipes for you to prep and follow daily
• Motivational support & guidance throughout the plan
