Zenobia Fynn
Our founder Zenobia is an experienced certified international health coach, detoxification consultant,
nutritionist and personal fitness trainer. She wanted a place to offer knowledge, quality and value in assisting people in starting and expanding upon their health journey and allowing them to gain the benefits of the fundamental practices necessary for optimum health.
Zenobia believes we were born to thrive with radiant, vibrant, energized, disease- free, happier balanced lives and not merely to survive with poor quality of health, symptoms and discomfort.
Zenobia's health path started when witnessing her son's healing transformation from chronic asthma to being totally free of medication in a matter of weeks from using powerful herbs and adopting a healthy living, this gave her the faith in the body's ability to repair and restore naturally if given the right tools. This inspired her to do a degree in 2009 in human nutrition and practice holistic health, she now specializes in detoxing, internal balance and cellular rejuvenation. With her knowledge and experience she has supported others on their personal wellness journey and her commitment is to help you to be your best healthy vibrant self.
Anthon Fynn-Williams
Teachings of good health & nutrition had always been preached to Anthon (Zenobia's Son) ever since he was a young kid but he only really started taking them seriously after indulging a bit too much during his Uni years and putting on a substantial amount of weight which to lead to a difficult period of depression, poor health & self-esteem issues.
After graduating from University, he had a few months of struggle & anti-social lifestyle habits before realising that health is something that should not be taken for granted and that in order to truly be the best version of yourself and to be able to give your best efforts to the world, you need to be in a state of health you are satisfied with. It was at that point that he started to embrace the advice & teachings that his mother had drilled into him throughout his childhood years.
A few years on and Anthon is now a fully-fledged health & fitness advocate and is on a mission to educate & help people all over the world to embrace the path the wellness and become the best versions of themselves.
