Watermelon & Coconut Juice Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • cups peeled and cubed seedless watermelon
  • juice of 1 lemon or 2 limes
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • cup ice (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon agave or pure maple syrup to sweeten, adjust amount as necessary. (optional)
  • Spring of mint (optional)

Method:

  • Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and purée until smooth.
  • If you can’t get your juice perfectly smooth just by blending, pour it through a fine mesh sieve into a container.
