Orange, Carrot & Ginger Juice


  • 3-4 oranges medium (remove peel to avoid bitterness)
  • 1/4 lemon (remove peel to avoid bitterness)
  • 5-6 carrots (no need to peel)
  • 1–2-inch fresh ginger
  • 1 peg of fresh turmeric
  • 1-2 medium hot chilli peppers (optional)


  • Wash first and Juice all the ingredients following the instructions for normal juicing in your juicer manual. Drink immediately, or store in a glass bottle in the fridge, drink within a few hours.
  • Tip: put a piece of hard fruit or vegetable after using a soft piece in the juicer. this will make the juice come out better.
Cold press Juicer is the best to use, it preserves the nutrients in the juice rather than a high-speed blade juicer,
