Strawberry Smoothie


  • 1-2 cup strawberries
  • 1 -2 cup plant-based milk (oat, coconut, almond etc)
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla flavour protein powder
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey



  • Wash fruit first and put all the ingredients following the instructions for your blender.
  • Blend on high speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute. longer  if need be until smooth consistency is achieved.
  • Add more milk if necessary. Drink immediately or store in a glass container in the fridge for a few ho
